Ability to create a contract of employment for a candidate matching the job role information with the information from the candidate portal. With an option to e-sign the document before converting to an employee.

The ability to warn and / or restrict individuals from submitting expenses that are a certain age i.e. over 3 months old.

The ability for an employee to create their objectives, for a line manager to then review and agree. Compared to the existing process where an objetive is created and assigned to the employee.

Can we request a feature where when we add a document via news manager, it gives us an option to upload the document to our document tree please (and an option to show which older it should be saved in).

The news item created with automatic authorisation means no email would be sent and is shown authorised immediately. The user would need to un-check this box to send out the emails, there, unfortunately, isn't a feature to disable this by default....
