Parents/Data admins sometimes enter incorrect email addresses causing a plethora of issues down the road. A bulk email verification or even point of capture check would ensure the validity of addresses capture.

When reconciling, why do you have to leave the screens when you have reconciled items, Why cant we stay on the reconciliation page to continue reconciling.

For required fields, parents should not have option to proceed through form until they complete the individual 'required field'. When they skip options and move on, Submit button is then greyed out and it is not clear what info is missing

Generate Chase Letters via the Emailer suites. Time consuming to generate, save within the cloud, copy locally to then email out. Would be great if we could email these out from within the Document Emailer suite.

I would like to add logos and correct letterhead formatting and footers to our letter templates so we can merge them and print them straight from isams. I understand this isn't currently possible so please can you consider adding this functionality?

It would be good if fields entered on the enquiry form could be selected to alert on the User Notification emails

The subtotals should be bold, to make them easier to see in the report. The totals description needs to be left aligned - it looks messy. There also needs to be consistency in the reports with (1500.00) being red instead of sometimes black.
