At our school, we are working to analyse behaviour patterns more accurately in order to identify when and where incidents occur. Currently, the Reward & Conduct module does not allow the creation of custom fields, which limits our ability to c...
Daily summary email for tutors and head of year for reward and conduct
Instead of receiving an email notification each time a reward or conduct is given it would be good for tutors and pastoral leads to receive a daily summary notification (around 5pm) which details all the rewards and conducts given out during the d...
Create one form to use across multiple sites instead of creating one for each site.
When creating a form that will be used across more than one school, Prince Regent Street Trust would find it really useful to be able to share that form with other sites instead of having to create multiple forms for each school.
Reward and Conduct notifications to parents from iSams and not Parent Portal
Reward & Conduct notifications emails should be sent directly from iSams and not the Parent Portal. At the moment, if parents do not have an iSams Parent Portal account, they do not receive notification emails.

We would like to be able to send autogenerated mails to parents when pupil reach certain reward targets so parents are aware (on top of seeing them in the portal).
It would be useful if one reward or sanction type automatically triggered another. Example 1 - when a pupil reaches 15 points they receive a distinction. Staff have to manually issue a distinction at this point, duplicating their work. Example 2 -...
