It would be useful to have an option to be able to pay overtime at an employees daily rate. There is currently no option for this.

We would like to be able to set a group up for only governors. It is not suitable that they are on the staff group and recieve the staff emails. Before the upgrate these were a group on their own.

We would like to have a section in Reports Printing to Bulk Print and send to parents via email. This way we could select to Publish the reports to the Parent Portal or to send the Academic Reports to parents via email.

It would be helpful if Term Dates could be visible in the calendar so that when staff are booking holidays they can see when the terms start and end.

When an employee transfers to a new role within the same site, there should be away of moving their outstanding toil and holiday to the new role. Otherwise there is a lot of manual work to do this.
