Allow staff to update their own contact information and emergency contacts

This will reduce the need for our administration team to compile all of their existing information and ask for people to update them. Instead, they can just send our a reminder periodically with instructions on how to do this.

Fields in E-Mail Template Subject

To personalize an email, a particular individual field i.e. name may be wanted to be included into the subject name. Unfortunately fields in the subject are currently not supported.

Wellbeing Concern Category - Hide but not delete

The option to hide a concern that will still pull through to a report, but will no longer be used in the system against current students. At the moment the only option is to delete which then stops the report pulling the informatin through.

GDPR Data breach

As we cannot anonymise applicants or enquiries in the Admissions Module when they have been archived as rejected or withdrawn. This is in breach of GDPR regulations and means every school who is using this module could be fined by the ICO.
