DSLs and DDSLs should receive a notification alert based on the severity level, allowing them to take immediate action when needed. The roles to notify list should be similar to the new concern notification role list.

The default value or visibility setting of Severity field in Wellbeing manager

About the Severity, we don't want the concern submitter to input "High". The severity should be determined by the school principal or pastoral. so it is appreciated that can have a default value (eg,. Low) when teaching staff submit the concern fr...

Create a Concern Wizard to include Add Action
