URGENT REQUEST This will enable the Heads of Departments to have visibility of Absences and Claims within the department for their information and manpower planning.

We pay for 3 instances per year, 1 day per instance. It would be good to get a flag when it's the person's 4th absence so we can confirm to them it will be unpaid on that occasion.
