Hi All, Customers would love to be able to go to a vacancy in the recruitment module, navigate to the candidates tab. Then under the application received candidate section be able to bulk select and email multiple candidates in one go.

Currently there is no way for customers to delete performance reviews or performance records. This results in tickets having to be logged every time something is allocated in error

it would be useful for expired courses i.e. KCSIE 2024 could be deleted from the central course library, regardless of staff completing the course.

Absence Triggers: at the moment you can’t set up absence triggers for specific absence types (like triggering when a staff member has too much time off for dependants)

Please could the system total up the hours when submitting a time claim. Currently, the start and end times are entered, but the total time has to be worked out and input manually. We have a lot of casual staff (invigilators) who will need to subm...

We would like post/vacancy approvals to include a mandatory approval step for certain work groups. Currently, the HR team has to create and add posts and vacancies themselves. Our preference is for this responsibility to sit with School Operations...

I think that it would be handy to have the option to download the registration history of the students. Even if it has to be done term by term it would be much easier to create a document if needed.

Blocking each year's bank holidays so that staff will not be losing their annual leave by booking these days off.

A drop down to be able to make an employee's objective visable to another manager of choice so that they can add details around monitoring as well.
