Time and expenses four decimal places

The calculation of amount claimed for a time claim to be done to two decimal places. When calculating the amount claimed this has increased due to the four decimal places. If this is calculated to two decimal places the amount claimed is correct.

Notifications - Weekly updates

Can notifications to staff for the weekly updates only be sent when they have a task outstanding. Staff do not need to be notified that they have 'no outstanding activities'. Surely more relevant if they have outstanding tasks to complete?!
