Ability to report on absence details for employees. We often export a copy of their absence record for review meetings and its useful to see all of the details as this is updated daily and not just reason for absence or absence type

we need to see which employees have had zero absence in the current academic year. please can you write a report to show this, and to include absence percentage for all staff in the academic year.

Please can you enable a date selection for gender pay gap reports. This would be useful for when this data is needed retrospectively.

Currently Shared Parental Leave doesn't sync to SIMS, meaning we need to add those absences manually to SIMS which risks that becoming a "general" absence category that staff can select for themselves at the next resync.
