Control Panel - User List - Filter by Never Logged In

When creating users like Parents or Pupils, it would be great to be able to filter by Never logged in. Even better, if once filtered, you could then output as a list.

Enable Visit Name to be exported

When exporting visit date we can only see the Category and the Date so are having to look at calendars to find out what the visit actually was
