Provide a View Recipients button when a form has been submitted, to check who has read the form.

I can check which parents have read an email I have sent, but I can't check who has read a form. I can only see when they respond.

Staff Data Collection

Automatic Parent Portal user creation

We use My School Portal, not Parent Portal, owever we use Rewards and Conduct, so any parent that hasn't got a Parent Portal account will not receive the notification. Therefore we have to add them individually to PP. Please automate this process.

Allow us to use shorter student ID numbers to avoid Excel's Scientific Notation issue

Facility to gender check and name check reports

It would be useful to have the facility in reports wizard to 'gender check' for pronoun accuracy and to have a 'name check' that flags incorrect spellings of first/preferred names after a reporting deadline has passed.

Notes field in leave request needs to transfer to Out of School

When a parent submits a leave request and adds information to the notes field, this does not transfer to the Out of School which does not make sense
