Emailing Suite configuration

Currently every user has to manually input the report server / report template / smtp settings. When granting a user access to the emailing suite, could admin have the option to 'copy settings from' another user?

Form Tutor rather than pastoral tutor

Would like the option of searching by Form Tutor rather than pastoral, and I'd prefer to see the Form Tutor rather than pastoral tutor on the School tab.

Emails sent through the Student Manager

Emails sent through the Student Manager to Parents and saved in the Communication History should be available in the Parent Portal so parents can see them.

Email templates in the HR manager module - currently only available in the Pupil Manager.

Email Wizard in the HR Manager module - currently only available in the Pupil Manager. There is, however, an Email Templates tab and I don't know how you can create a template yet not be able to use it for selected staff!

Audit trail and restrict who can delete events from Out of School

Meeting booking should be improved.

When booking meetings the ability to duplicate over both weeks and also create meetings that span multiple periods to be entered in one go instead of manually doing a meeting over 2-3 periods which is prone to errors and time consuming.
