Gradebooks, edit the name when column is shared

I need to be able to edit the name of columns that have been shared from other gradebooks. Our gradebook columns are not subject specific, so they just say Aut1 Effort, Aut2 Effort, and so on, when I want to include all my subjects in one gradeboo...

Enable word documents or remove option

Can the option to generate a word document report either be removed, or the option enabled. Currently it is greyed out making you think that word documents can be created and there is a problem in iSAMS leading to a support ticket.

Wellbeing Manager info stored to be sent as part of the CTF

We record all meetings, phone calls, and relevant information in this area, and have designed the system so that the data can be pulled into the Iris Central report. This information is particularly valuable when pupils transfer to other settings....

Please reinstate narrative when you hover over iFinance headings. If you are unsure the narrative helps massively

To reinstate the narrative would help all users. It would save time trying to find the correct heading to click into, particularly around tasks that you do not do every day and may need reminders.

Allow clickable links in Pupil Registers

We record student SEN profiles as google documents and add links to these in the SEN register (in Pupil Registers). Access to these documents would be so much easier for staff if these links were clickable.

Statement Bank which has a department wise option rather than being shared with the whole school.

It would be helpful if teachers could specify who they are sharing comments with (e.g. other teachers in their year group/department), or alternatively, if shared statements could be filtered by subject and year group.

Avoiding putting students in more than one set

There is nothing to prevent a student being inadvertently put into more than one set in a year group for a particular subject. It would be really useful if this could be blocked, or a flag be given, or a pop-up warning or a coloured line in the Ad...

Award house points, not to individuals

We have house competitions, where the winning house gets e.g. 100 points, second gets 75 etc. We would like a way to add these into Rewards & Conduct without having them attached to an individual pupil.
