Purchase order approval - already approved message

When a Purchase order has already been approved and the user clicks to approve from the email they get the following message ( See attached) Could this be changed as it is not very user friendly.

Room Cover to include meetings scheduled to the room

Currently Room Cover Timetable in Cover Manager does not include meetings scheduled to the room being closed. It would be useful to see meetings booked into the room and then to enable rescheduling the meeting elsewhere.

UPN field in Admissions Module

It is currently not possible to view UPNs in Admissions Manager. It would be preferable to be able to view (and edit) this filed from Admissions Manager rather than having to go to Pupil Manager.

Bulk Refund of Deposits

This would be useful if we could do bulk refund of deposits held for leavers- especially at the end of the year when we have lots of Year 13s leaving. This was something we could do as a bulk thing when we used PASS Thanks

Bulk create gradebooks from information in Teaching Manager

The data to create classes and assign teachers already exists in Teaching Manager and the timetable. It seems very labour intensive to have to do it manually.
