Apparently the Missing Reports tool is not set up to work with Assessment cycles, only with Report cycles. It would be really useful to be able to see which assessments are missing.

We don't know of any agency that uses a fax number anymore so it would be useful to remove this field from contacts in Agent Manager and replace it with website address.

When scheduling an activity, Activity Manager should link with term dates and weeks cycle. For example school runs a 2 week timetable, activity happens every 2 weeks on a week B. School finishes on a week B for 1 week holiday, school returns on a ...

It would be great if there was an option to configure a waiting list for applicants. This would need to include the date an applicant was added to the list and the relevant year group and school year on entry etc.

e.g. We have a supply teacher from and agency called 'Gillian Sabino' who has an email address 'smh.supply1@ldst.org.uk' - ideally when I publish cover, she would receive, vai email, the cover lessons relevant to her. Thanks Nigel

We cannot currently do a room swap because presently a closed room cannot be re-roomed into. If closed rooms went into the scheduled list, for example, this would be possible.
