Data point for Subjects

Would love to have a data point by subject. This would allow us to filter by subject and not just by department. Example of this is a dashboard for Rewards and Conduct, i am unable to cut the data in this way.

Ability to Locate a Student or combination of Students free

It would be good if you could use the 'Locate Free Objects & Periods', 'By Object' to find when a student or combination of students are free in the same way you can for rooms and / or teachers.

Force 2-factor Authentication

At the moment users can deactivate 2-factor authentication which goes against the grain of a company trying to secure their data. Please allow the Administrator to force 2-factor authentication on its users.

Ability to delay send emails

Having the ability to delay send emails would allow staff to prepare mass communications in advance, but have them sent out at specific points in time.

Timetable Spreadsheets - Full Teacher Spreadsheet - Include All Timetabled Lessons/Meetings

We love the Timetable Spreadsheets feature but it would be great if there was a tickbox to include meetings and other timetabled lessons in the output. This would allow HoDs and other relevant staff to see availability across the full week for all...

The ability to allocate extra time for particular subjects for a candidate so this is displayed on their exam timetable

If extra time is only relevant for particular subjects, the candidates exam timetable would only reflect the actual subjects they are entitled to extra time for rather than showing extra time for all subjects which can lead to some confusion.

Report printing by Student surname

Currently to produce an individual pdf file of the current report for the whole year group, we use the 'Create a Zip' option in Portal publishing. However, this option produces the individual pdfs in a folder by Form or by School id. Can we please...

Gradebook Comments Publishing

The ability to publish gradebook comments to parent and student portals in bulk. Or a setting to set the default visibility. We enter Gradebooks comments for every assessment and there is no way to publish these without going back into the comment...
