Hide custom fields

It will be useful to simply hide a custom field instead of having to delete it. I assume by hiding we'll be able to maintain the historical data and also reactivate it if the need arises.

Email Staff of a Cover Stand Down

Wellbeing Concern Category - Hide but not delete

The option to hide a concern that will still pull through to a report, but will no longer be used in the system against current students. At the moment the only option is to delete which then stops the report pulling the informatin through.
