Gradebook Comments Publishing

The ability to publish gradebook comments to parent and student portals in bulk. Or a setting to set the default visibility. We enter Gradebooks comments for every assessment and there is no way to publish these without going back into the comment...

The ability to allocate extra time for particular subjects for a candidate so this is displayed on their exam timetable

If extra time is only relevant for particular subjects, the candidates exam timetable would only reflect the actual subjects they are entitled to extra time for rather than showing extra time for all subjects which can lead to some confusion.

Report printing by Student surname

Currently to produce an individual pdf file of the current report for the whole year group, we use the 'Create a Zip' option in Portal publishing. However, this option produces the individual pdfs in a folder by Form or by School id. Can we please...

Add a filter for resolved/unresolved (Reward & Conduct)

At present, the only way to view whether a reward/sanction has been resolved is via edit (or using the report). It would be useful to be able to filter for resolved/unresolved, and/or an extra column could be added for this in Manage Records.

Allow parents to update their home address on the parent portal

Allow parents to add/update their home address on the parent portal as this is very important information to keep and update regularly on iSAMS from the safe guarding point of view.

Filter report cycles to the current term

It would be great if the we could filter the report cycles when publishing the academic reports to the Parent Portal. This would avoid selection of an incorrect report cycle when creating a report run.
