Gradebooks - ability to track by student

It would be helpful to add a tracking/reporting filter within Gradebooks to be able to search by individual student to find all their marks/grades included in various gradebooks (perhaps further filtering by gradebook tags).

Being able to add more details for parents

To be able to add more than one email or contact number for parents on the student details would be really useful. Most parents have both personal and work details that they provide but we cannot enter onto ISAMS.

Wellbeing Concern Category - Hide but not delete

The option to hide a concern that will still pull through to a report, but will no longer be used in the system against current students. At the moment the only option is to delete which then stops the report pulling the informatin through.

Managers to submit overtime on employee behalf
