Control Panel - User List - Filter by Never Logged In

When creating users like Parents or Pupils, it would be great to be able to filter by Never logged in. Even better, if once filtered, you could then output as a list.

Ability to exclude trips from the Budget Check.

We would like the ability to exclude trips from the Budget Check so that we can switch on 'Enforce'. No budget is put against trips so 'Enforce' would then stop users from raising orders.

Provide a View Recipients button when a form has been submitted, to check who has read the form.

I can check which parents have read an email I have sent, but I can't check who has read a form. I can only see when they respond.
