Streamline the process of creating a new user

We find the process of creating a new user really long winded and often we miss certain elements. A user friendly function which adds the user to all the right areas of the system with the right access would be amazing.

Make the pupil names gender neutral, not boy or girl

We have gender neutral pupils. The pupil and their family will not want to see them as a boy/girl or colour coded.

Student Manager Quick View Details - add Tutor Initials

In the Student Manager Quick View Details screen, it displays the Tutor as e.g., Mr Brown. But if you have several staff with the name of Mr Brown, it is not helpful. So we would like to suggest that you add the Tutor Initials also to this field.

Bulk assign staff to gradebooks

Be able to bulk assign staff to gradebooks, an example would be to be able to select all gradebooks and assign the headteacher to see all gradebooks. Similarly select all gradebooks for a subject and assign the department head/subject head.
