Document Emailer - Further filters added to enhance performance.

Document emailer cannot handle larger date ranges and we are having to run it in batches due to missing old PO's that have not yet been sent. This needs to be enhanced and additional filters will assist in this.

Set default user preferences

We would really appreciate a way to set default user preferences for new system users. This would save us having to manually configure them every time we create a new user.

Copy all contact details

Currently, the Contacts tab for a student has a copy button that only copies the contact's name and address. It would be really helpful if it also copied the email and phone number.

Additional Form Types

I believe that the ability to have forms other than admissions and enquiry should be available. Marketing collect different information but still need to adhere to School data collection policies.

Allow option to prevent negative fee total for billing

Many of our pupils have more than one bursary or scholarship type and as these are input via percentages, it would be useful to disable negative balances in the fees total to prevent any errors being made by over crediting.

Late Mark on Individual Register Report

At the moment when running an Individual Register Report the late codes come up as present, but highlighted yellow. It would be best if this could state L code instead of present so a print out would have the correct coding.
