Cover an absent teacher with a scheduled teacher and cover their lesson with a free teacher

When a teacher is absent we would like to be able to use a scheduled teacher to cover their lesson and then cover the scheduled teacher's lesson with another staff member

Archive GL Codes

It would be great to have the ability to archive and hide old GL codes that are no longer used as when schools are tidying up their ledgers there are a lot of codes that now have DO NOT USE attached to them as that is the only solution to date.

Wellbeing Concern Category - Hide but not delete

The option to hide a concern that will still pull through to a report, but will no longer be used in the system against current students. At the moment the only option is to delete which then stops the report pulling the informatin through.

Managers to submit overtime on employee behalf

Option for managers to log time sheets on behalf of an employee. Some users of Every HR are not used to using computers so being able to input time claims on another users behalf would be useful.

Force 2-factor Authentication
