Allow hyperlinks in emails sent via the Parent Portal.

As well as allowing attachments (voted for in a previous suggestion) also allow hyperlinks within the body of emails sent via the Parent Portal.

Dashboard to include previous year attendance data.

At the start of this term we need to report to trustees on end of year data for 22/23. This is no longer available on our dashboards as it has reset to the current academic year.

Alert for student status change

Whenever the Admissions team changes a student status from Applicant to Current, an email alert is created and sent to the ICT team so that they can create the student iSAMS account immediately.
