School registration alerts

Could you include the classroom name in the alert email rather than boarding house or registering rule. It would help us tremendously if we could see the classroom the teacher is teaching in.

Cover function

Ability to cover a teacher who is scheduled to teach and has to cover someone else's lesson so that their lesson can then be covered although they are not absent from school.

Notes field in leave request needs to transfer to Out of School

When a parent submits a leave request and adds information to the notes field, this does not transfer to the Out of School which does not make sense

Schedule Forms

As a school we use forms all the time, however we cannot schedule them and parents complain that they missed out on opportunities because it was during their work hours (which is also our work hours) - scheduling forms would help this issue!!

Enter one contact as both a parent and a teacher

Allow a teacher contact in HR Manager to be added as a parent contact to a student. Meaning the contact is only entered once into the database. (and vice versa of course).

Show Password during Login
