one email per day to tutors summarising entries

We currently have the emails sending to tutors on each entry, as below: This is bombarding tutors with dozens of emails per day. Is it possible to have a once a day email which collates all of the entries for that tutor group in one email?

Include initial of payer/contact in the return deposit confirmation box

Schedule Forms

As a school we use forms all the time, however we cannot schedule them and parents complain that they missed out on opportunities because it was during their work hours (which is also our work hours) - scheduling forms would help this issue!!

Ability to bulk update contact records

If the ability to bulk update pupil records exists, then there should also be an ability to bulk update contact records. Currently, schools have to painstakingly update contacts records individually which is very time consuming.

Receipt Publishing

Can we publish payment receipts to Parents Cloud Portal as how we are publishing the invoices now? This would help parents to get all their finance details from 1 single location whenever they need. Thanks
