Improve the link between other modules and consent registers
At present there isn't a link back into admissions or pupil manager from the data protection module so when running searches on who we have consent to email about an event, we can't do it through either (any) portal.

A link on the Wizard bar that would allow staff to add notes to a pupil quickly would be great to cut clicks needed. A bit like the Pupil Quick View, but being able to enter a note to the searched pupil.
