Please can there be an option to restrict which BI-codes are available against a general ledger code.

Bulk Allocation

Each term we are posting cash receipts prior to the invoices being pulled in from Isams. It then takes 2 days of solid payment allocations. Please could a bulk option be reviewed. thanks

Managers to submit overtime on employee behalf

Option for managers to log time sheets on behalf of an employee. Some users of Every HR are not used to using computers so being able to input time claims on another users behalf would be useful.

When the nurse logs an accident, she also has the facility for the accident to be sent to the class teacher.

Email Staff of a Cover Stand Down

Changes can come in last minute, post publication. Should a cover be deleted then it would be really useful to have the covering teacher emailed about it.

Photo / image stored against each student contact (optional)

We should be able to upload a photo against each contact in the same way that we can against staff and students. These should be available via the API and other reports.

Improve Registration and Entrance Fees UI for Custom Fields

It would be great if custom fields could follow the 2 column layout of the built-in fields. Additionally, the inconsistency between the style of date field between built-in and custom fields is quite jarring.

Deleting Student leavers from the Student Portal in Bulk

Please can there be a way of identifying students as leavers automatically so we can remove them from the student portal quickly and easily in bulk. Currently we tick them one by one through the pupil lists and delete them, which is time consuming...
