Reports printing - removing PDFs released to portal
It would be very helpful if the PDFs released to portal were displayed alphabetically when clicking on the numeral under FILES. To find the PDFs the user wants to remove is presently very tedious.
We find the process of creating a new user really long winded and often we miss certain elements. A user friendly function which adds the user to all the right areas of the system with the right access would be amazing.

Be able to bulk assign staff to gradebooks, an example would be to be able to select all gradebooks and assign the headteacher to see all gradebooks. Similarly select all gradebooks for a subject and assign the department head/subject head.
The ability to tick a box and resend an email communication to a parent/student rather then having to go through the whole process again of sending it.
The Out of School List should include students with a future absence
We are struggling to use the Future Absence lists at the moment as the students registered this way don't appear in the Out of School list. Personally I don't understand why they wouldn't. Surely an absence mark as a Future Absence is the same as ...
It would be great to have the option to re run reports for individual pupils rather than having to re run a whole year group when only one pupil's report has been amended and needs re publishing.
