Search User Accounts by Forename & Surname (Fullname)

Presently we can search for user accounts by first name OR surname. However if I combine first name and surname together, regardless of order (first name then surname or surname then first name), the search fails.

We should be able to upload a photo against each contact in the same way that we can against staff and students. These should be available via the API and other reports.

Wellbeing Concern Category - Hide but not delete

The option to hide a concern that will still pull through to a report, but will no longer be used in the system against current students. At the moment the only option is to delete which then stops the report pulling the informatin through.

Managers to submit overtime on employee behalf

Option for managers to log time sheets on behalf of an employee. Some users of Every HR are not used to using computers so being able to input time claims on another users behalf would be useful.
