Add multiple teachers in Cover Manager

We would like to use Cover Manager but we require a function, that is the ability to put more teachers down to one lesson a create a priority of who could cover right away and in they are absent who is the next one to be put in.

Include field Enrolment Date in Alumni using Batch API

We need to calculate the average time in school of each student, in order to do so we need the enrolment date of the students who left (Alumni).

Room Cover to include meetings scheduled to the room

Currently Room Cover Timetable in Cover Manager does not include meetings scheduled to the room being closed. It would be useful to see meetings booked into the room and then to enable rescheduling the meeting elsewhere.

Ability to edit Custom Fields in HR Manager

At the moment these can only be created or deleted. I wanted to reword something and now have to delete and recreate the field whereas in Student manager I can edit m,y custom fields.

Resending an email

The ability to tick a box and resend an email communication to a parent/student rather then having to go through the whole process again of sending it.

Streamline the process of creating a new user

We find the process of creating a new user really long winded and often we miss certain elements. A user friendly function which adds the user to all the right areas of the system with the right access would be amazing.

The ability to allocate extra time for particular subjects for a candidate so this is displayed on their exam timetable

If extra time is only relevant for particular subjects, the candidates exam timetable would only reflect the actual subjects they are entitled to extra time for rather than showing extra time for all subjects which can lead to some confusion.

Point at, that highlights the row

It can be very difficult to see what you have selected when the row does not highlight when you point at it. This would be useful in lots of areas of iSAMS, like in a list of gradebooks. When you are editing, you have to keep checking the dates to...
