Bulk import recurring charges with end date

Currently if you import a recurring column marked Y the recurring is set indefinitely. It would be useful to set end date so therefore awards can be imported recurring three times for one academic year

Need field 'preferred surname' for Staff

This feature is being added for students however it would be useful for staff to also have a preferred surname field, as some staff are not legally married but in partnerships and wish to express this.

Suspensions By Year Group

Gradebooks - expand "Available Characteristics" columns to include Class, Pupil Resgisters

Current "Available Characteristics" to include more options to add in as columns in a Gradebook. We would like Class/Set name and designated/chosen pupil registers such as Disadvantaged.

Be able to add in other characteristics to gradebooks

We would like to be able to add in other characteristics into Gradebooks such as a Pupil Premium Flag, or whether the student receives FSM. Currently the list from step 4 of the Gradebook Wizard is uneditable.

amend the purchase order nominal

Once an order is approved it cant be amended. If an order is raised against the wrong nominal code this creates a commitment against the wrong nominal code and wrong budget line. This cant be corrected while the invoice has been received. Can cert...

Dashboard to include previous year attendance data.

At the start of this term we need to report to trustees on end of year data for 22/23. This is no longer available on our dashboards as it has reset to the current academic year.
