Deposits - retained rather than returned

We have occasions where we retain a deposit rather than return it but there is no way of recording this in Fee Billing. It would be good to have a tick box to say "Retained" so that it can't subsequently be returned in error and it isn't included ...

Allow hyperlinks in emails sent via the Parent Portal.

As well as allowing attachments (voted for in a previous suggestion) also allow hyperlinks within the body of emails sent via the Parent Portal.

Student Photo Field added to Selected Pupil Export Wizard

We have to create customized lists for example Day Students not having lunch. The dining room has a photo list so they can check if students as they arrive in the dining room. Not currently possible to create these customized lists.

Alert for student status change

Whenever the Admissions team changes a student status from Applicant to Current, an email alert is created and sent to the ICT team so that they can create the student iSAMS account immediately.

Dashboard to include previous year attendance data.

At the start of this term we need to report to trustees on end of year data for 22/23. This is no longer available on our dashboards as it has reset to the current academic year.
