Medical fields available to add to Portal Forms

At point of registration would be useful to collect all medical data for use with Taster Days. e.g. Wears glasses, name and address of doctor.

Private Candidate - info to include an email address.

As title. Not having an email contact address for a private candidate means that their details are incomplete. A field for their photograph would also be advantageous.

Listing missing subjects and form tutor reports - include missing YEAR reports

Currently there is no way to check to see if ALL year comments where done in Report Wizard. Please can the List Missing... tool in Report Manager include a list of missing YEAR reports as well.

Student data to pull through from other modules

It would be great if summary fields from other iSAMS modules could pull through to Gradebooks. As a start point %age attendance, %lates, total merits, total sanction etc. Then staff could have these additional data items which already exist in iSA...

Is it possible to have the parents fields more flexible to accommodate same sex families.

We have several prospectus puils who have same sex parents. When adding the contact the second parent is automatically called a mother. Could parents be referred to as Parent 1 and Parent 2 rather than mother and father to allow for same sex, and ...

A report to show the actual GMT Time that register codes are entered

Useful when checking Registers which are viewable via the portal account and queries are raised from portal account users, as to when registers are pre-coded for various reasons, which we are already aware of. The actual time the code was entered ...

To enable certain text on Student manager to be in Bold

It would be useful to be able to highlight key information within Student Manager such as SOS contact details or a warning if there is a parental custody issue. Currently there is no feature to enable Bold text.
