I want to be able to archive an Activity in each site in one go. Un-mapping will only help me see it as N/A at MAT level, but schools can continue completing, so I need to amend at school level.

Can notifications to staff for the weekly updates only be sent when they have a task outstanding. Staff do not need to be notified that they have 'no outstanding activities'. Surely more relevant if they have outstanding tasks to complete?!

With the old parent portal you could mimic being a particular parent which made it really easy to troubleshoot issues. It doesn't look like it's possible the new cloud portal which means we are having to go back to parents and ask them for screens...
