Rota cover is missing in the master timetable spreadsheet export

Rota cover does not currently appear in the Master Timetable spreadsheet exported in the Timetable Manager. So these need to be added manually to provide a true picture of staff availability and frees.

Set Homepage preferences by Role rather than user

At the moment to set a Homepage Preference you have to impersonate a user and set a report as their Homepage Preference. Can the functionality be added where you can assign a Homepage Preference to a Role rather than individual user?

Private Candidate - info to include an email address.

As title. Not having an email contact address for a private candidate means that their details are incomplete. A field for their photograph would also be advantageous.

Allow Allocation of Timetable to individual days not only whole weeks

One is currently only able to allocate a timetable to whole weeks rather than individual days. This means when you have half terms etc which run from mid-week or to mid-week you need to create 6 half terms rather than 3 terms. If you have a single...

Teachers Receive an Alert if They Miss a Register

This request already exists for the Registration Manager module, but it would be great if this feature could also appear on the iTeacher app, e.g. in the form of a notification.

Cover an absent teacher with a scheduled teacher and cover their lesson with a free teacher

When a teacher is absent we would like to be able to use a scheduled teacher to cover their lesson and then cover the scheduled teacher's lesson with another staff member
