Wellbeing Manager Link siblings automatically to a concern/life event

This would aid schools that have more than one site or staff that are not familiar with siblings across a school. Siblings appear with a tick box to add them to a concern.

In Teaching set lists, setting register flag and notes as default selection

When viewing Teaching set lists it would be advantageous to have Register Flag and Register notes set up as a default option. Teachers may forget to tick these, and these notes can be quite important in how a lesson can run.

Change the default email template that is sent out when a user locks their account.

Allows for the addition of additional information that could be useful for the user and relieve some pressure from support.

Improve the link between other modules and consent registers

At present there isn't a link back into admissions or pupil manager from the data protection module so when running searches on who we have consent to email about an event, we can't do it through either (any) portal.
