Could we have a field on the analysis codes so that we can ID the VAT status of each cost centre eg Vatable, Partial Exemption, Not Vat Recoverable. This would ease the partial exemption calculation once data is exported to excel

The option to hide a concern that will still pull through to a report, but will no longer be used in the system against current students. At the moment the only option is to delete which then stops the report pulling the informatin through.
A secure area in an employee record, accessible by permissions only to record safe guarding concerns, informal chats with that member of staff. With escalation options if necessary.
