Receipt Publishing

Can we publish payment receipts to Parents Cloud Portal as how we are publishing the invoices now? This would help parents to get all their finance details from 1 single location whenever they need. Thanks

Add a photo field to parent/guardian contact data

Allow a future day structure to be created that becomes operational when the admin rollover is completed

Day and period structure can change year to year. Importing a new timetable for the next academic year is not possible without the correct day structure and it makes publishing the new timetable to staff more difficult before the end of the summer...

Raising a VAT only invoice

Since the implementation of VAT on school fees, we need to raise VAT only invoices to our Local Authority. At present the invoice needs to be raised outside of iFinance, but it would be helpful to be able to do this as part of our billing cycle.

Font Size is too small
