Full functionality for Internal exams manager

It would be useful to have the full functionality available in Exams Manager within the Internal exams manager module. There is no way to create setaing plans or seat numbers within internal exams manager so the module has limited functionality

Wellbeing Concern Category - Hide but not delete

The option to hide a concern that will still pull through to a report, but will no longer be used in the system against current students. At the moment the only option is to delete which then stops the report pulling the informatin through.
