Include Attachments with E-mail Templates

An attachment could be use to supplement an email body's content like include further instructions. Having to attach an identical file each time a particular e-mail template is used limits e-mail template usability and appeal.

Notes field in leave request needs to transfer to Out of School

When a parent submits a leave request and adds information to the notes field, this does not transfer to the Out of School which does not make sense
